I can’t be the only person that thinks that consent forms are hella creepy. It sounds like that once a woman signs the form she has completely given up her right to say no. The inept police department would treat that form as gospel if a woman came in after being raped. Also, I noticed that they never showed the question being asked to the people they interviewed on the street. I bet they asked a different question than the one that they were implying.
