Hi Rod, I read the books and also didn’t like the part about Stephen King writing himself in the book. I actually pushed thru that part deciding that he was still high from meds he was taken due to his hit and run accident he suffered during that time and finished the 7 book series. I agree that they should have focused the movie more on Roland and the mid-world city and set things up as a trilogy. Side note – I saw Birth of a Dragon tonight, I don’t think you will be disappointed, cant wait for your review on that movie. Hey Karen!!!! ok bye.
