Hi Rod and Bassey,
Man, this episode had me in my feels for so many reasons. First of all, I hate Sophie. Why the hell is she still there? She is the queen of the basics. I bet she wears ugg boots while drinking pumpkin spice lattes from Starbucks while wearing a pink pussy hat. I bet Sophie voted for Trump. I still think there’s something going on between Sophie and the Pearsons. I don’t think it’s just Kate who has a problem with her. I think they all hate her ass. I almost dislike Sophie more than Miguel. The key word here being almost because no one is worse than Miguel. And to make matters worse, I hear that they made that actress a regular on the show so we’ll have to see more of her ass this season. I hope they show her ass leaving for good by the end of the season.
As for Toby, I kind of felt bad for him. Sure Kevin and Kate have a bond, but I feel those two are co-dependent on each other and Toby wanted to spend some time with his woman. Now a sista wouldn’t have turned down a free meal, in fact I would have ordered an appetizer, two meals and a dessert plus the most expensive bottle of wine if the Manny was paying. Come on son! Free food. But other than that I get it. He feels intimidated by the connection Kate has with her twin and I think that if that’s her fiancee then he should come first in her life. I think Kevin needs to back off a little and Toby needs to chill a little as well. It’s not like Kate is fucking him, unless he suspects some Game of Thrones shit and this is obviously not the case. With that being said, the way the writers are portraying Toby so far, I’m beginning to think he and Kate may not be the end game. What if Duke (horse dick) comes back on the scene? Even though I like Toby, I really think that Kate needs to date other men to see what is out there because even though Toby can be sweet, I feel like she latched on to the first nice dude who gave her some shine. And then and only then will she know for sure if Toby is the one.
Teenage Kevin. If I could kick anyone on the show in the face it would be him.
Beth was so good in this episode. I love Randall and her together. And I feel like there is going to be a lot of drama in store for them if they do adopt an older child. I have family members who are foster parents including my parents. My parents actually take in older kids and let me tell you, older kids who have been in the system for a while will take you through it. It’s not their fault because most of them come from dysfunctional homes where the parents may have been addicts or in jail or products of abuse. You can only imagine what that does to a kid which makes them act out. The writers have a goldmine with a storyline like that but if anyone can show an older child love and understanding, it would be Beth and Randall. And I’m sure Omarosa and Stacy Dash will get them right together as well.
This looks like its going to be a great season.
