And we can have fun with the Michael B Jordan rumors, but I don’t trust DC to put out a film until I’m in my seat at the theater, so folks getting worked about it either way is wild to me. Of course I’d take a Black Superman, because Black. And it would piss off the racists. But why would I want Mike to take that role now when they’re talking about keeping Superman on the back burner for years? Remember that Flash movie that was supposed to come out in 2016? And 2018? Has anyone heard ANYTHING about Ava’s New Gods movie since they announced it? I’mma just get these jokes off and wonder who’s the pettiest character Marvel could hire Cavill for. Hyperion? Wonder Man? Howard the Duck?
And shout out to y’all for being John the Baptists and getting people ready for Black Panther probably not getting that Best Picture nomination. We all loved it, but are folks really gonna be mad if Widows or that James Baldwin movie get shine because they picked a favorite in February? Hell folks are just now starting to discover Upgrade. There are a lot of great films out this year.
But when the usual suspects turn on you and twitter calls y’all coons for seeing more than five movies, we never had this conversation and I don’t know y’all niggas. Oh and fuck Kriss for posting that Air Strike trailer in the group. We didn’t deserve that.

-I might watch a Coyote vs ACME if it’s animated. I’m concerned about getting another Looney Tunes: Back in Action or Space Jam (I know we loved it as kids, but Space Jam isn’t a good movie lol)
-Warner Bros. does own Hanna-Barbera (they got it when they bought Turner), but they tend to keep the HB universe seperated from the looney Tunes one. Except in, ugh, Looney Tunes: Back in Action, where Shaggy cusses out Matthew Lillard for his live-action portrayal of him in those Scooby-Doo movies. That movie is sooooooo bad.
