Rod, you know what? At first I couldn’t get behind the idea of you inviting all these colonizers to our cookout but the more I think about it, I’ve been to too many black events that say it’s going to start a certain time only for the food to not even be cooked until a few hours after the original time. We need those plates and chairs and I’m not opposed to the white people bringing a dish as long as it’s store bought or a cheese and fruit tray. I can get behind that, so come on Ellen, Tay Tay and Bernie. Come to this cookout. At least we’ll have something to snack on while we wait for dem ribs.
