This was a great review (well all your reviews are) of a movie that simply went under the radar. If it hadn’t appeared on my Netflix homepage as I logged in, I don’t think I would have watched it. The trailer pulled us in and we got more than we were expecting. We loved it and a great time.
I said to my Mrs that life must have taken a different turn for the black homie to turn that dark as an adult from his lighter skin days. Maybe, he spent time in the sun of Benin City after the break up with Danny.
