Stephen a got a book coming out and went on sherry Shepard show to promote it! And some how started a whole Rihanna ain’t beyonce thing and of course Twitter was on fire! I’m not really sure why he would say this, we know beyonce isn’t Rihanna and Rihanna isn’t beyonce! Why he had to bring it up is beyond me! He then started his apology tour when the navy came for that ass! We can enjoy both women music and performances! That’s all I’m saying!

I’m normally not on this side of premium but I took advantage of the Black Friday deal. So, I’m over here now!
Karen, our queen. Don’t feel dismayed over buying an adult coat. I brought three beautiful adult coats for Mrs. Runnin76 & every time I go to the store, purchase it & present the gift. There’s always something off. Once coat, it’s the color, another’s not fitting properly. What I’m saying is, I’m tired of buying gift cards & too poor to spend on opulent jewelry!
In Covid, work related news. California is slowly removing its restrictions. My takeaway from the pandemic period was. Huge enforcement of mask/vaccine rules in LA county. Yet neighboring counties, where the money resides. Had little to no enforcement. What made this period enjoyable, finding parking spaces and the wife working from home (I’m a third shift worker, so hanging out with hers a premium).
In the end, I see more abuse of finances from companies out here, pulling Brett Farve moves with finding. Thankfully this state has such a large economy, so we can take the hit.

Hello everyone and Happy New Year!
Part of my enjoyment of the Pre-game is listening to Rod’s recaps of various documentaries. As a fellow documentary connoisseur and overall lover of historical events, I wanted to recommend the Netflix documentary “Capturing the Killer Nurseâ€. This guy really was something else. An ICU nurse that is supposed to help and take care of people was actually going around killing patients by injecting them with lethal doses of insulin and other harmful medications . So much so that he’s been nicknamed the “Angel of Death†in the press. He was able to bounce around from hospital to hospital over a career spanning 16 years doing this before he was ultimately caught. Though he’s only confessed to having perhaps killed upwards of 30 – 40 people, it is speculated by experts that he may have been responsible for hundreds more deaths; possibly making him the most prolific ,or as I’d put it, the Pill Cosby of American serial killers… And if we were playing Guess the race?? Yes… yes he was. Anyway just wanted to recommend if you haven’t seen it already. There’s also a movie on Netflix about it called “The Good Nurse†which stars Eddie Redmayne and Jessica Chastain which is also very good and worth a watch. Peace!

Happy New Year to my favorite podcast cousins. Now that basketball story from Rods YMCA days made me want to go back in time and deal with some Negroes who disrespected me back when I was still a little fresh in the United States. I was drafted as a last minute referee in a soccer match between Ghanaian and Nigerian blokes in Norfolk Virginia. Due to having family from both countries, and organizers forgetting to have a referee. In other for peace, I stepped up. Every mofos wanted to fight me at the end, including the winners (Ghana won 7-3). I should have called an armed white man to shut them ungrateful Negroes up. Somebody borrow me a time travel machine, it’s time to fix this!
