I think printer ink is a scam. My printer tells me it’s running out of ink when I know I just bought a fresh cartridge. I take it out and wait an hour and put it back in and the printer recognizes it’s full again. Pure scam created by the printer and ink makers.
I’ve been busy (my immediate supervisor quit two days before the beginning of the semester and 90% of his workload was shifted to me – as a bonus I received a certificate of appreciation [still better than a potato]), so I am just catching up. I was listening to your podcast while rewriting a section of a textbook (the course is on a test which changed its format at just before the beginning of the semester) and so there was a close proximity to your talking about TWiB and this episode, which made the connection between TWiB alumni L. Joy Williams, Political Strategist, and her current podcast on Civics. It’s called Sunday Civics and does a good job of covering civics with occasional topical episodes. Just thought some of the listeners here might find it interesting and enjoyable.
Just catching up on episodes but wanted to thank you for the annual porn recap. As a bit of a connoisseur myself, I love tuning in to yall’s commentary on the trends and rankings. Plus it prepares me for the most wonderful time of the year. You guessed it! AVN in Vegas. Love yall both. And Merry New Year!
one more thing about printers: I’ve found out how to clean print heads on youtube, and one thing that they mentioned is that printers need to print. It recommended printing something every few days to keep print heads from getting clogged up. Whenever I go through the process of cleaning the heads, I do a good job of running a test print at least weekly for the first month….and then it’s back to letting them get clogged again.
Great, so to avoid some bitchy behavior from Mr Print, I have to interact more with him. Of course. That’s so manipulative. Vomit emoji.
Not of you, Mr Print is the manipulative bitch.
I didn’t need out in the cholesterol vaccine last time because already said so much, but I’ve read about it for work before you talked about it, and my company has a product that is taken 2 times a year and this vaccine is the same concept but like only once. I know how it works and I would take it, because it goes against PCSK9 ( an agent in the body that is like the bodyguard of cholesterol and makes stay in the body) and there are no known downsides to eliminating it. There are people in the world who don’t have PCSK9 because of a mutation and they have 0 problems, just way less heart issues. I wonder when this vaccine will come out and if it does, it definitely is as a great and also a threat to our product, that is very good but this one seems even better. Good that I changed from cardiology to neurology this year in my company.
I mean I didn’t write about the vaccine
Thank you for providing a safe space for those with printing distress disorder, it feels good to know that I’m not alone. And the printer does so much more bitchy shit.
The app that is working the best has decided that the maximum amount of copies I can choose is 5. So if I want to print 30 invitations, I have to stay with Mr printer while he is working to Klick on print again when he has finished 5.
What a needy bitch. When you try to use any other ink than HP, he dramatically says “WARNING. I’ve detected non hp ink. I will not be responsible for possible damage that will result from this.” Or he just ignores the ink and behaves as he hasn’t got any yet.
When I’m in a hurry he sometimes prints a test site for no reason just to show off with all the colors and in maximal quality to also waste the most ink.
It was never better. Why? Why do printers hate people?
