I am 100% done going to concerts when Ticketmaster or LiveNation is the ticket sellers. It sucks, but I can’t keep feeding the problem. I thought I’d gotten to the age where I can actually afford shit, but Ticketmaster said “run your pockets, bitch.” Even the cheap seats ain’t cheap and it’s fees on fees on fees – they will literally charge you a fee for ELECTRONIC DELIVERY or to print your own shit! Come on now, you’re charging ME to do the work? I refuse to give into the concert FOMO and give these fools more money.
I’ll never forget my DMV adventure here in Charlotte. It took me 6 hrs to get my license. I didn’t have an appointment so I got up at 6 am thinking I’d beat the crowds. It was already a line when I got there. Then once I got in they almost turned me away because I didn’t have physical copies of my insurance info. It was a mess but I got it done and in time to vote locally.
I will drive 5 miles down the road to go to target when Walmart is only 2 mins from my place. When I first moved to Charlotte, my friend warned me never to go to the Walmart on South Tryon. It’s not that bad but I did see a pursuit of shoplifters on a visit there.
I can understand Simone Biles frustration. Some people are taking the joke too far. I think part of it is that some people can’t believe this man can genuinely love her and a lot of this is concern trolling. She seems happy with him but if I was her I wouldn’t even post about my relationship on social media.

Seemed a pretty big change to me. I’m glad it’s something else.
