What it do Rod, Karen and Jaaron Rodgers,
I hope all is well. Sorry about my email last week not ending with a proper farewell; I was in a hurry but I hope it didn’t convey a negative connotation.
The Browns paying top dollar for rock bottom quarterbacking is likely the worst trade in NFL history but do y’all think the Rodgers trade is a close second? And for Robert Saleh? If I was a coach the dust head went on a podcast to say he’s skipping OTAs to get high in the woods *after* we hired his buddy as OC and *I* get fired before the OC? Yeah I’d need that security escort off the premises too. Jets running the “Let Aaron Cook” offense like he ain’t extra washed.
Kendrick Perkins’ NIL business sounds like he trying to sign athletes to 360 deals like he’s Baby. I think payday loans (cuz that’s what these are) for college athletes is a diabolical business plan.
Will ESPN owe Little Brother royalties for creating the real life “Niggas Hollerin” after adding Cam Newton to First Take? I hope Cam can at least holster his ashiness when talking about football but he’ll probably go a similar route as Shannon smdh.
I hope y’all have a wonderful weekend and thanks as always for the dope shows!
Peace,
Dough
Gday everybody,
It’s nice having the NBA is back. But how good was game 1 of the WNBA finals.
Lynx played great to get that game & I hope they can win it all since there’s an Aussie on the team. Even though the Liberty have an Aussie coach, there’s no chance I’m supporting any New York basketball teams.
Did you see Kyrie say he could entertain playing for Australia in the 28 Olympics. Could you imagine the possibility of Irving & Simmons on a national team together. It would be chaos.
Lastly, Rod’s right. His accent is spot on. Anyone who’s ever met or knows me wouldn’t be able to tell the difference if they were blindfolded.
Have a good 1
Wonga
What up yall,
I know Kendrick Perkins doesn’t have the gall and the audacity to try and cheat these young players out of their potential future earnings!!! Not Mr . Kendrick “Let me take out my belt and whip a chair like I’m whooping a child like a fucking moron! “ Perkins . Hopefully the NCAA actually does something about this but who ever knows with them! This is the sort of obvious thing the NCAA should be investigating.
And also on Kyrie wanting to be a part of the 2028 Olympic team it’s a no-go as far as I’m concerned. Kyrie people don’t have time for your Hotep/ Wasted talent behind – you burned that bridge Kyrie . Sorry yall I’m still pissed about how he wasted peoples time when he played in Brooklyn lol .
Peace

What up Rod, Karen, & Justin here are some more details with Michael Jordan’s race team lawsuit against Nascar. Jordan’s team 23XI (23-Eleven) have hired Jeffrey Kessler as their attorney. Kessler is the attorney who beat the NFL and got free agency in the NFL in the early 90s. He’s the attorney for O’Bannon brothers and the reason that NIL is now in college sports.
Nascar and the teams have been negotiating for almost two years on a new charter agreement. The current agreement expires on December 31st of this year. Any team that owns a charter is guaranteed entry in all of the races and get some revenue sharing. A charter can cost between $20-$40 million and is not permanent. A team can lose their charter if they are consistenly finishing near the bottom of the standings in points.
What caused the lawsuit is that on Sept 6th after 2 years of negotiations Nascar sent an email to the teams at 6pm telling them they had until midnight to sign the new charter agreement or they will lose their charter in 2025. Also as part of the new charter agreement teams waive their right to sue Nascar. Of the 15 teams that have charters only 23XI and Front Row Sports didn’t sign the new agreement and filed this lawsuit.
Jordan and his team are wanting the charters to be permanent, a bigger share of the revenue, and to retain their intellectual property. In 2022 Nascar changed the car that these teams drive. Teams no longer build their own cars. They lease the cars and parts from a Nascar approved vendor. Any intellectual property these teams have for these cars they do not keep it goes back to Nascar. The current tv revenue is split 65% to the track owners, 25% to the teams, & 10% to Nascar. However, Nascar also owns 13 tracks in which half of the races are held at each year. So they are double dipping with the money.
I see Jordan and his team winning this lawsuit especially with Kessler as their attorney and his track record for winning against sports leagues. Sorry for the long comment and thanks for all you guys do.
