First things first!!! Happy birthday to my fellow aries, queen karen! Hope you enjoyed it.

The question from last week i had for you: its been roughly 5 years since covid was introduced to our lives and changed the way we live and do things. You started to work from home. Was there ever a time pre covid where you was like i wish i could work from home or i could be doing this same shit from home? Or did the idea never occur to you?

Not everyone job can be done from home, and i know you aint mever going back to a cubicle or office and i dont blame you! I am not as lucky, as i have been going in before during and after!

Recently ive been on the max app and i took in some documentaries. I saw chicago vs jussie smollet, kobe, and luther vandross! I thought the luther vandross doc was excellent! That man had hits! And even today you can still hear them on radio through him or Kendrick lamar.
I definitely trying tk get into more docs! There really is so much shit to watch on tv/streaming apps! It’s difficult to keep up with but i will get around to it eventually!

    I appreciate you guys

    Have a blessed one

In Steve A Smith voice please, now you know I keeps it real with my favorite middle name hating brother Rod (who I love), the tighter than the national security texting team Justin and the one true on a folding chair streak Karen. However, after dozing off multiple times anytime I tried to type a Happy Birthday to Karen, I wanted to swing on somebody. So here we go, sing it with me everybody, Happy Birthday to the awesomest Co-Host of the BEST Podcast in The World, keep celebrating and inspiring us (yes you inspire me too, don’t tell LeBron). Take it away Rod!

Sup y’all. This comment stems from Rod’s banter this week on the main show. You mentioned you’re currently watching “Wicked” and how songs are essentially a cheat code for character development. My comment however is about another musical, “Hamilton”. Now I know you’ve expressed before that you had no real desire to watch Hamilton, but seeing that you’ve dipped your toes into Wicked, I recommend you give Hamilton a… “shot” (iykyk).
I myself am not the biggest fan of musicals in general but I think for someone who loves documentaries and learning about history, you would really appreciate it. It’s really well done. And of course, the majority of the cast are minorities and they are phenomenal performers. Give it a try. I’d love to hear your thoughts on it.
